I love this card! It was so simple and so elegant. It opens to reveal a repeat of the design and the greeting.
Unfortunately it uses a lot of retiring products. The lattice die and the En Francais stamp will be hard to find now. I think you could achieve a similar look by substituting leaves or maybe even one of the new Thinlits in the 14-15 annual catalog. Or perhaps even totally recreating the intertwined circles with the Circles Collection Framelits.

Create your own sampler pack for your Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper. Print on White card stock, then cut 2″ x 3″ pieces of each design.
