I didn’t create a video this week. I figure it’s a holiday, so I’m taking it.
We’ve been enjoying the grandkids. We took them to Universal Studios today and then baked a pumpkin “pie” for tomorrow’s feast. I have served this pie (to guys even) asking them how they like it. They loved it. Then I ask how they like the crust. They say it’s great and then realize I’m setting them up somehow. When I tell them there’s no crust they double check. They didn’t even notice.
I love this recipe! It has very few calories, so enjoy!
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray 2 pie pans with Pam.
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 C EggBeaters
1 1/2 C non-fat milk
3/4 cup Splenda
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t salt
The whole pie is 4 Weight Watcher points.
My adapted recipe for 2 pies and maybe a few more points per pie.
1 large (29 oz) can pumpkin
2 cans non-fat evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup Splenda
1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
Mix. Pour in prepared pans. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and then at 375 for 45 minutes (or more) until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Stamping on the go again. I’m in San Diego waiting eagerly Saturday’s OnStage, a mini convention. I planned to record this video creating a baby card with my Getting Started supplies, but somehow I managed to leave both Sprinkles of Life and the stamps from the Watercolor Wishes kit at home! I did have the supplies for my Christmas cards with me. Somehow I think it works.
I watched Angie Juda’s video for this layout. I had to try it! I decorated my own way. I wanted to try the Color Me Irresistible Designer Series Paper. The stamping is easy. The fold is a bit tricky, but my directions have a diagram. I made several with a different decoration and after making those, I was a pro! Do you like it?

These are variations I made to take for swaps to the upcoming OnStage Local in San Diego. I can’t wait!
I used Watermelon Wonder for this card base and the coordinating Designer Series Paper from the 2015-17 In-Color Paper Stack. I didn’t have the lace in this color, so I went with a larger focal image. I used the Beautiful Bunch stamp set and the Fun Flower punch.
I used the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to add some sparkle with Dazzling Diamonds glitter. When that was dry I added a ring of gloss and texture with more of the Fine-Tip Glue and just let it dry.

We all get inspiration from things we see. There are just a few projects I've shown that are CASEd (Copied and Shared Everything). Most of my cards come from a technique I've seen many places and I've made it my own in some way.
