I posted a similar project at the beginning of February. That was for a swap where we just made card fronts. I shared this card at a recent Paper Play Day and we made the full card. The Stamparatus sure helps on the three-step stamping! And that placement works great for getting the square cut just right on the two layers of the card front. Easy peasy!

This is a quick gift that would look lovely on your Easter table or just a little treat gift. I used the That’s the Tag bundle. That’s the Tag has greetings for weddings, Mother’s Day, new babies, birthday, congratulations, thinking of you, and thanks. But I wanted it for Easter, so I used Teeny Tiny Wishes. That set has a greeting for just about everything!

Hello Chicky

It’s a pouch, it’s a candy holder, it’s a card… It’s three in one. The chick is what makes this card so very sweet! And the best this is you can get this stamp set free with a $50 order.

Easy Peeps Easter Egg ThroneThis was a mash up of 2 great ideas from other Stampin’ Up! demonstrators:

Found on Pinterest:  Easy Peeps, by Liz Keehn. I don’t know if Liz pinned it first or if someone else pinned it. http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/LizKeehn/#

Easy Peeps Cadbury Egg Throne 3-6-14

Watercolor Card

Watercolor Card 1-11-14

This is another one of those thrifty cards using every little bit of paper.  The Designer Series Paper uses measurements evenly divided by 12, the dimensions of the paper.  The Tangerine Tango is also just about 1/8′ of a sheet of card stock.  The 2 poppies that are cut out came from the portion hidden by the Whisper White layer.  There was even enough to cut out slivers with the Word Window Punch to frame the greeting.  The Whisper White is just a bit smaller than that, but the left-over strip is used for the greeting cut with the Word Window Punch.  If you decide to use the Decorative Label Punch for the greeting instead, you can take it from a layer inside the card and then replace that with a punch from the Tangerine Tango.

And isn’t this stamp set wonderful?  I sure hope this gets carried over into the new annual catalog!  I think it’s a keeper!

Double Folded Pocket

Double Folded Pocket 2-18-12

A few folds in an 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of paper and one cut gives you 2 diagonal pockets that can open for an inside greeting too. We embellished a card for the back pocket and put a gift card in the front one.  Add a bit of embellishment and you’re done!
