Make this box with the Gift Box Punch Board. It’s one of those extra sizes I added in this expanded chart. Add a tag and a cute little gingerbread man holding shiny peppermint candies. The box is just right to hold a gift card and a few candies.
I used the Triple Banner Punch that can make tags 1″, 1 1/2″, and 2″ wide. The Scallop Tag Topper punch is designed for 2″ wide tags, but I share a tip for making narrower tags.
This is my personal Christmas card this year. I just love it! When you pull the ribbon up, the ornament rises and an inside greeting is displayed. There is a pocket that I used for a photo for most. A few people received a gift card in their cards.
I just love the B.Y.O.P. stamp set! It’s made just for giving gift cards. It’s made to coordinate with the Gift Card Envelop & Trims Thinlits Dies, but I made a few adjustments to make it with the Envelope Punch Board. The written directions include both versions. A 1/4 sheet of the Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper is a perfect fit for either version.
This gift card holder comes cut and scored, ready for you to decorate. We used Tap, Tap, Tap. The typewriter covers the edge of the gift card, but don’t worry. The card can be removed without messing up the card. The Metal Button looks great tied on the front.
We all get inspiration from things we see. There are just a few projects I've shown that are CASEd (Copied and Shared Everything). Most of my cards come from a technique I've seen many places and I've made it my own in some way.
I post photos and directions so you can get inspiration. It's OK to copy them for personal use, but hopefully you will make it your own in some way. If you copy my ideas exactly, please give me credit for it. Do not sell any of my directions or organizing tools.
