What a pretty card, if I do say myself. You’ll say that too when you make it. It’s easy! And don’t you just love the colors? I used three of the 2017-2019 In Colors: Tranquil Tide, Berry Burst, and Powder Pink.

Here’s fun fold that can be used vertically or horizontally, and it uses double heat embossing for the watercolor resist technique.

Don’t you just love the colors on this card? I used three of the new In Colors that will be available June 1st when the new 2017-2018 Stampin’ Up! annual catalog goes live. I also used the Label Me Pretty bundle which includes the stamp set and a wonderful new label punch. I admit sponging the flowers from the Floral Phrases stamp set took a bit of extra time, but the rest of the card is very quick and easy. You could always just stamp with just one color to make it easier.

These are the “Swaps” I’m taking to a local event with other demonstrators. Let me know what you think.

Make this box with the Gift Box Punch Board. It’s one of those extra sizes I added in this expanded chart. Add a tag and a cute little gingerbread man holding shiny peppermint candies. The box is just right to hold a gift card and a few candies.

I used the Triple Banner Punch that can make tags 1″, 1 1/2″, and 2″ wide. The Scallop Tag Topper punch is designed for 2″ wide tags, but I share a tip for making narrower tags.

starlight-christmas

I fell in love with this stamp set and the coordinating Framelits. I knew this would be the stamp set for my Christmas cards this year. But I showed this version with my Stampin’ group. It really is a quick project and there are not big lumps to require extra postage.  You can make this card in time for this Christmas even if you have a big list.

The stepped up version is shown here.

I’ve included the directions for both versions.

This card looks complicated, but it’s really easy peasy. Don’t you love when that happens? It uses some of my very favorite products including the Florals Boutique Designer Series Paper, the Falling Flowers stamp set, and the May Flowers Framelits.
