If you have trouble downloading the pdf files you can try the work-around here.

Some of these products do not fit in the cases, but you may want to add the inserts to whatever storage system you use.

Case inserts for standard stamp cases are shown in blue, wide (wood-mount) cases are green and 6″ x 6″ are in red. You can order standard cases from Stampin’ Up! here, and the full size wide cases here. You can put the 6″ x 6″ inserts in my heavy duty recloseable bags or in boxes from ClearBags.

 Retired Products

I do not create new case inserts for retired products. I have merely left these posted after they retired. There is a link for blank inserts you can use to create your own inserts. You can take a photo of your product and adhere it to the case.

  1. Yay for Trim the Tree DSP Stack! What a great way to store these! Thank you!

  2. Thanks for sharing! I too am a bit unorganized! And you are a great help.

  3. Bev, I was just looking at the Occasions Catalog on line (hope mine comes SOON). So many new things. I am hoping you have lots a energy to make new labels. My craft room depends on you!!

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful ideas.

    • Thank you, Gail, for your encouragement! I attended the Catalog Kick-Off event. We had to drive about 2 1/2 hours for the 73 mile trip, through traffic and rain. I live in California where we are “Weather Wimps.” Never-the-less, I was shocked to hear we were one of the places that the supplies were delayed due to weather! I’m waiting for my catalog too. I’d like to check with the hard copy before publishing the labels. It’s so easy to miss something when working with the online version. So keep watching here. I’ll post the labels as soon as I can.

    • I have posted my labels for the Occasions and Sale-a-Bration catalogs. Now we can label our new goodies!

  4. Bev
You are amazing – for someone that likes being organised you make me seem messy. Thanks.

  6. Hi I just found your site and I’m trying to get organized and I love your inserts. One I was looking for that you don’t have is the Homemade Holiday Framelits Dies. Just wondering if you could add that one Thank You Very Much. Linda

    • BevAdamsStamps

I only prepare case inserts for current products. It’s easy for me to do them when I have the information on my Current Products spreadsheet and also when I can copy the image from the Stampin’ Up! online store. But I do have blank case inserts in all 3 sizes. You can print those up and write in the information you want. Hope that helps.

  7. I am looking for case insert for Squares collection and window framelits(retired) – I just want to say
thank you for sharing your ideas – I feel like I finally have a handle on my organization

    • Linda, thank you so much! I am so glad my case inserts are helping. I have just created the Squares Collection Framelits for you. I’m not sure which Window Framelits you are looking for, but I only add current products. You can always use the blank insert and create your own insert. Let me know if there are any other inserts for current products.

  8. Lynnette Hallbick

wow! what a resource. Thank you so much for all your work on these.

  9. Denise Buetler

Dear Bev, thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to create all of these templates. I absolutely love them and am working my way through them methodically. My craft room has never been so organised (well, the part that has already been transferred into clear storage cases with your inserts!).
I do hope you will continue to offer up your time to create these inserts – they are brilliant!

    • BevAdamsStamps

Thank you Denise! I am working hard right now preparing for all my case inserts, labels, charts, spreadsheet, catalog tabs, and all the other organization tools. They’ll be ready soon. As always, the stuff with images must wait until the catalog goes live. I hope to have those posted June 1 or soon after.

  10. I don’t see Baby’s First or Swirly Scribbles case inserts…Am I missing it?? love all your organizing tools! You are now my “go to” site!!

    • BevAdamsStamps

Thanks for your eagle eyes, Carolyn! I got them into the recent “Labels, Case Inserts, and Charts for 16-17 Annual Catalog” but I overlooked them when updating “Case Inserts for Supplies.” I have added them there now too. Let me know if I missed any others.

  11. Hi Bev! It’s me again! I’m looking for the new Sweet & Sassy Framelits (nesting hearts) from Page 193 in the new catalog…..

These are soooooo helpful! I can’t thank you enough for sharing your talent. I gave my entire workshop attendees your website!! I love organization but you WIN~ Hands down!!

    • BevAdamsStamps

Thanks for spotting that! These were also in the newer post, but not the one with the link from “Getting Organized.” I printed the May post and checked each one. I found several others that I missed as well. I think I’ve got them all now, but please let me know if you spot any others!

  12. Hey Bev I stumbled upon your blog! You are amazing!!! Just curious how you store your retired In Color Re-Inkers and Markers…The way you have them printed it is for both. Just curious what to do!!! Thanks!!!

    • BevAdamsStamps

Welcome Donna! I’m glad you found me. The truth is I don’t store my retired re-inkers or markers. I basically keep only current products. I have a handful of products I won’t get rid of. I keep my Crop-a-dile, and I’ll probably keep my Stack and Store Caddy. I really want to sell products and if I send a card to a friend, I’m hoping that friend will be interested in how I made that card. If they want to make a card too, I want to be able to offer them the products on that card. I can’t do that if they products are retired.

But I realize not everyone follows my personal rule, so I leave the labels for retired products on the site. There’s no reason to take them down and someone may want them.

  13. Do you have the insert for the latest Paper Pumpkin, Banner Surprise?

    • BevAdamsStamps

I don’t. I have not subscribe to Paper Pumpkin and I don’t really have access to the images. Sorry. You could print the blank insert and stamp the images on the insert.

  14. You are amazing! Thank you so such for sharing with everyone. You are much appreciated! God Bless you ❤️❤️

  15. Do you have a insert for the 2014-2016 In Color ink refills for a 1/2 wooden case?

  16. Awesome Bev. I received my color chain chart in the mail from you this week. You are such a special person to share. Have a happy Easter and a blessed spring.

  17. I think I love you. You are the best! Organization, here I come!!! THANKYOU!!!!!

    • I’m so glad you liked this idea Sheri! I need all the help I can get to stay organized and I’m always happy to share.

  18. Thank you so much for making these free organizing inserts. I greatly appreciate them. They help me so much.

  19. Jennifer Wilson

Love these! They are so helpful for organization, I just printed a bunch off :). I have one last one I am looking for that I didn’t see, or I missed, from your links. Its the Window Frames collection. Do you happen to have this one too? Great Work!!

    • BevAdamsStamps

I don’t know why I didn’t have this one. I don’t often go back and do retired products, but I happened to have the image in information (in my Evernote notebook) so I went ahead and created an insert for the Window Frames Collection Framelits for you. It’s posted now.

  20. Wow, Bev, that is an amazing resource! Also makes me feel even more disorganized! LOL! Thanks for sharing all this!

    • BevAdamsStamps

Well, I’m sorry you feel disorganized. Can I show you my desk when I’m in the middle of multiple projects? 🙂 But it really does feel great when it’s easy to put it all away… a place for everything and everything in its place.

  21. Love your case inserts. Will you have one for the Detailed Baubles from the current Holiday catalog?

    • I somehow overlooked that one. Thank you for catching it! I have posted one now.

      • Thanks. The case only shows one of the dies, not sure if you knew that. Also looking for the Blended Seasons.

        • You’ll want to look for the case insert for the “Stitched Seasons Framelits”. It was in alphabetical order with the 18-19 products, but I just moved it in with the retired products list. The Blended Seasons stamp set comes with a case insert.

And which case only shows one of the dies?
