Tea time?  Or do you need a shot of Joe to get you going in the morning?  Personally, I need my coffee!  This stamp set lets you have it your way.  The Early Espresso card stock, ink, and Baker’s Twine fit right in with the theme.  I love the Designer Frames Embossing Folders!

Punch windows with the Postage Stamp Punch.  Color the “stamps” and punch them out with the same punch.  The stay on the inside of the card.  Very sweet.

Clockworks Card 4-13-13

There are lots of layers of stamping.  We had to fussy cut the watch, but it looks great in the Brushed Silver card stock and the Window Sheet clock face.  The dog tag was embossing powder, believe it or not!  No, it’s only faux stitching on the banner, but you’ll want to touch it to prove it to yourself.  A great masculine card.

This card looks complicated, but it’s just a basic 4 1/4″ x 11″ card base with an extra couple of folds.  We added a panel inside for the view out the window. It folds flat and fits in a normal envelope, but pops up for dimension.  The farther apart you put the folds, the deeper the view.

We made our own printed paper by stamping on Creped Filter Paper.  Cut a slit and fold it back to peek at the larger feather underneath.  I adore the Antique Brads!  We highlighted them by ringing the button with a Scalloped Circle Punch.

Stamp the oval background and the greeting on top.  Add a bit of Designer Series Paper, ribbon, and a button.  Done!

Step it up with a layer to frame it.  Dye the white Baker’s Twine with ink refill.  It’s still quick and easy.
