This Pennant Parade stamp set and Petite Pennants builder punch can be used for ice cream cones, quilt pieces, birthday hats, large stars, pennant flags, or of course, Christmas trees. We even used the punch to cut out the pots under the trees!

I’m not sure what you call the accordion folded embellishments…. lolly, medallion, rosette? There may be more names for them, but I called them addicting! Stampin’ Up! sells a die for these now, The Designer Rosette Bigz XL die, $42.95 #125594. I don’t have the die, so I make them fairly easily with the Simply Scored Tool. A tip:Score a full sheet of Designer Series Paper then slice it into strips 1″ wide or more. I used the Simply Scored tool to add a border to the card base too. I combined the lolly on this card with a large button. I sponged a little Shimmer Paint on the inked stamp to add some sparkle.

You might assume the stocking punch is only for Christmas, but it can do a lot more than that. Here I used it for argyle socks and ran some of the wood sheets through the Big Shot in an embossing folder. I think it would be great for a man in your life.

We made these for the workshop right after the new catalogs came out. You can put treats or small gifts in these bags, but we made tags to put in the new catalogs. I love the Fabulous Florets stamp set!
