This Mini Muslin Bag was dyed with a sponge and ink, spritzed with alcohol.  It was my sample and I decided to dye the bags dipped in ink and alcohol instead.  I wish I’d taken pictures of the final project.  But the glitter part turned out great!  I keep forgetting we carry Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets.  I cut out the sheets with the Lattice die, then sprinkled them with gold glitter.  The extra glitter just brushed off leaving a perfect design.  So beautiful against the darker Cherry Cobbler bags!  We made quick tags to make a perfect gift for neighbors or the hostess of the Christmas party.

When I saw this stamp set knew I needed it!  I love the Early Espresso and gold foil and embossing powder.  It’s a fancy fold, but it still fits in a standard envelope.  The Core-dination card stock looks great with a little sanding on the wood grain embossing folder.  I love the way it turned out!

Love these flip flop cards!  I especially love that they can be made in the Labels Card Framelit.  This one has the card in landscape orientation.  Add a little sparkle with Silver Glimmer Paper and a little texture with the Petals-a-Plenty Embossing Folder.  Add an embossed ornament, punched out with the Mosaic Punch.  You have your Christmas cards practically done!

I’m not sure the White Washing technique shows up in this photo, but it helps to bring out the poppies in real life.  I have been trying various ways to use every bit of paper and this was one of those. I cut out both the Daffodil Delight and Baked Brown Sugar layers at the same time.  Punch the Oval for the greeting from the center of the Daffodil Delight layer, then divide the rest in fourths to spread out for the border.  Add a tiny bit of ribbon.  The background is embossed like a watermark.  The focal layer is embossed with White Embossing Powder, painted with White Craft ink, then when dry, painted again with the colored ink.

There are lots of layers of stamping.  We had to fussy cut the watch, but it looks great in the Brushed Silver card stock and the Window Sheet clock face.  The dog tag was embossing powder, believe it or not!  No, it’s only faux stitching on the banner, but you’ll want to touch it to prove it to yourself.  A great masculine card.

Did you know you can use Embossing Powder on metal?  I bought inexpensive mail boxes from Target.  We embossed and added a bit of ribbon and punches.   I saw how to punch an arrow with the tag punch.  Who thought of that?  I wish I knew!  The mail box is ready for valentines.  Be mine!
