Want to make a custom box? All these boxes were based on the smallest envelope listed on the chart on the Envelope Punch Board. I just added increments of 1/4″ up to 7″ for the height of the box. I was experimenting to see how much I would need to add to get the thickness (or height) I wanted. The ones made with Melon Mambo can be made with 8 1/2″ X 11″ card stock. For the Basic Gray ones, you’ll need to use 12″ x 12″ card stock.
Use this chart to find what to add to your dimensions for a particular height. There are also a few extra tips.

Bev you have done a wonderful job of creating all this information for others. It is so nice when others share. Like you I went through the same things of measuring and testing I then found something that has made me very happy. Another SU demo has come up with the Box Buster. She is a UK demo and I have been sharing her link here in Australia. Here is the link so that you too can share it too. http://www.thecraftyowl.co.uk/boxbuster/
Oh by the way I have printed out your measurements so your work has not gone unused.
I have seen the Box Buster and it’s terrific! I have it pinned on Pinterest. I’ll leave your link here.
Thank you both! I’ve pinned both and will use regularly I’m sure.
You’re welcome! I’m so glad you found them helpful.
