Evernote “Current Products” notebook is Free and Kept Updated

This video is a couple of years old now. I do still share my notebook and I keep it updated with current products. Obviously some of the products in the notebook in the video have changed. When products retire I move them to the Retired Products notebook.

I have been sharing my Current Products Evernote Notebook for free. I do my best to keep the notebook complete and accurate, including product numbers and prices for US, Canada (English and French), UK, France, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. I also try to add Dutch translations. You can search (in English) for an image, occasion/event, or a sentiment. You can keep Evernote synchronized on your phone and laptop, so you can look through the Stampin’ Up! catalog from anywhere any time.

But keeping the notebook up-to-date with every product from Stampin’ Up! takes a good bit of time. Starting June 1, 2018, I am filling a different notebook, 2018-2019 Current Products, and asking for a contribution to share it.  You can get that notebook by visiting my website, https://bevadams.com/products-by-bev/ You can give $1, $5, or $10 with a drop-down menu. It’s all up to you.

When you contribute any amount, I will share my notebook with you for the rest of the Stampin’ Up! year (June 1, 2018-June 2, 2019). That gives you the notes for not only the new annual catalog, but also the Holiday and Occasions catalogs, the Sale-a-Bration brochures, and any other additional products that Stampin’ Up! may add. (It does not include Paper Pumpkin.) You will not be able to edit my notes, but I encourage you to copy my notes to your notebook. You will be able to edit and keep any notes you copy.

If you want to share my notebook, just email me and ask!

  1. After reading about Evernote on the SC forum, I just downloaded the program and imported a “sampling” files…. I think I’m hooked!! LOL
I will be playing with this and come back here to see how to get the updated notebook I guess after June 2nd. Thank you so much for all you do Bev. I do use some, a lot actually, of your organizing tools. AWESOME!

    • Welcome! You should be receiving invitations from Evernote to get the program and to share my notebook named “Current Products.” I think the Thanks! I have sent you your invitations to Evernote. The Evernote link takes you to the online version first. Once you have accepted the invitation to share, I think you will find it helpful to open Evernote on your computer/phone and view from there. It may take a while to synchronize. Look for the tag “Evernote Tips” for a bit more help.

  4. I would love your evernote list. I am a 15+ year SU hobby demo. I have quite a crazy amount of stamps. I have wanted to have a reference type organizational system for a very long time. I’m not very computer savvy but Evernote seems doable, but the amount of sets I have make it seem overwhelming. Thank you, for your help. Dina

  7. Wow. I have been looking for some kind of data base program to put all my products is to stop buying duplicate products. After watching both the excel and your evernote demo I am sold on evernote. While the excel spreadsheet has its bonus I love that I can capture pictures of the sets and other inventory. I would love to receive a shared copy of your Evernote Notebook.

  9. Bev, I was introduced to Evernote a couple of months ago. I am completely hooked. I would be very much interested in the retired list if you are willing to share it also. It would make it very easy to search the database instead of typing or pasting it on Google to see the stamp set when someone has it for sale. Thank you.

    • Thanks Mae! I have sent you the invitations to Evernote and to join my Current Products notebook.

As to the case inserts, you will click on the underlined names of the ones you want. That will download the pdf file to your computer. Where they go depends on your settings. If you are on a Windows computer, look for “This PC” and then look for folder called “Downloads.” The files will probably download to there. Most computers come with Adobe Acrobat Reader and that program should open up when you open the file. It’s best to use the printer icon within Acrobat Reader to print. Be sure to select “Print Full Size” or they may print too small for your cases. Let me know if you need any help.

    • Jan, you now have full access (edit and invite) to “our” Retired Products notebook.

I make no effort to make this notebook complete. I simply move products from my Current Products to the Retired Products when they retire.

Feel free to add notes for other retired Stampin’ Up!® products. Remember that this is a shared notebook. Please do not delete any notes as this would delete the note from everyone else’s notebook too. Please do not add products that are not from Stampin’ Up!®.

I hope this notebook is helpful!

I’ve been watching your Evernote videos for months now & I think I’m finally ready to give it another shot.
I had tried to use Evernote before & got very frustrated with it, but then I found your techy tips.
All of my other inventory methods have fallen short of my own expectations & been abandoned.
Would you please share your current & retired notebooks with me?
The resources that you develop & share are simply amazing!
I can see myself finally getting organized with your system! I really think this will work for me!
Thank you so very much for all the time & effort you put into all of your organizing & your willingness to share so openly!!

    • I have sent your invitations to Evernote You will only be able to view the Current Products which means you can search for products all you want. If you want to change those notes you will want to create a notebook for yourself then copy my notes into yours. You should be able to edit the notes in your own notebook all you want.

I also sent the invitation to the Retired products notebook. I make no effort at all to make that notebook complete or accurate. I give full access to that so you can add more retired Stampin’ Up! products or even edit those notes. But remember that it is a shared notebook. That means whatever changes you make show up in my Retired Products notebook as well. Please don’t delete any notes, as you will be deleting the notes for all who share that notebook.

If you have any troubles let me know. I’m just an email away… or even a phone call if you need it.

  15. Hi Bev! Would you please send me the invitation to share your current product list. I’m a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and have been wanting to use Evernote for a while now to keep track of everything I have but I’m struggling with where to start! Everytime I sit down to try to start I get so overwhelmed I don’t actually get anything done! I’m hoping this will give me a starting point and I will be able to add to it in the future.
    Thank you, Jennifer

    • Jennifer, your invitations have been sent. You shouldn’t have to struggle at all. I maintain a “Current Products” notebook. Next week I’ll be going to OnStage and getting my new 16-17 catalog. I’ll start working on the notes for the new products as soon as I get my catalog there. I can’t add images to the Evernote notes until the online store is live. I will also need to wait to get access to the catalogs for markets outside the US. So you might not see the new notes right away, but they will be added as soon as I can.

You won’t need to add any new note for new products. You can use my notes. But I don’t give access to change my notes. You will want to create a notebook for yourself and copy notes into it. Then you should be able to edit the copied notes all you want. Let me know if you have any questions.

  16. God bless your little heart. Your labels and such make life so much easier to keep track of supplies. For the color chart I think I’m going to also do a 2nd gen stamping and stamp on the card stock so I can see how those will look as well. I bought the heavy duty page protectors for scraps so I’ll use your labels on those as well as a punched cardstock tab. I really appreciate all the work you put into making things easier for the rest of us.

  18. Bev: You are a true crafting angle. As our supplies grow, it has become a daunting task each catalog change to keep everything organized. I’ve added 5 shelving units in our very large attic after my husband finished off the floor and added lights, just to house my “retired” products. They are now all in clear tubs arrange pretty much by catalog year. With the help of your labels, I’ll be able to finish the organization and it will make selling them on-line a real possibility rather than a real pain.

I’ve been an Evernote user for a year or so and have always wished that my Stampin’ Up files included more than the .PDF of the catalog. This will finally make Evernote a wonderful organization tool for my stamping business. Bless you. Please invite me to your Evernote file.

    • My Evernote notebook is really in English, but I do my best to copy and list when there are stamps with German translations, paste the German titles, and include Euro prices.

If I could include the German contents you could search for exactly what you want. If you wanted to type that up, I’d love to include that in my notes. That might be helpful for you. But perhaps it’s just as easy for you to search with English words.

    • Your invitations are on the way. I have the information for all the products for all the markets, so you will find French and English titles and the prices listed for Canada. I have someone working on the translations so you will be able to search for words and images in French easier.

I also include the details for the UK and South Pacific. My apologies to anyone from Japan. I just couldn’t figure out how to do that market.

I don’t give access to modify the notes in the shared notebook, but I do encourage you to copy the notes to a new notebook. You should be able to modify the notes there.

I also share a Retired Products notebook. I started it a few years ago by simply moving notes when products retired. It is nowhere near complete. But I do give full access so anyone can add to it. The more people who add their retired products, the more complete that notebook will become. Email me if you want to have access to that notebook as well.

  44. OH my gosh! Bev you are amazing; I love organization and have been looking for ways to organize my products in an online form. I am so happy I have found you, I am going to download Evernote now and start printing my catalog tabs too. Please send me an invite to use your Evernote notebook, I can’t wait to get started. I am also going to make sure that my upline and the rest of our team knows about you and the great help you are in the ART of organization.

  45. Hi Bev,
I sent a request to your email address to receive a copy of your Evernote files but I see you are also using this way to request them. So in case you see 2 request from the same person, you’ll know why.
Thank you for all the work you do and your generosity to share this.

  47. Hi Bev,
Just inspired by your compact stamping space. I’ve recently reretired to a much smaller home and have way too much SU product and organization is must.
Would you share Evernote with me? My SU ID is 2066382.
    Thanks for all your help,

    • Your invitations are on the way. And for others, you don’t need to be a demonstrator to share my Evernote notebook. You just need to be a demonstrator to have access to the notes for products before they are released to the public. So Phyllis, enjoy!

  49. Hello Bev,

I am so excited to come across you via YouTube. I crave organization but fail at execution. Finding systems that work for me makes me so happy. I would love being able to share your Notebooks with me? I just downloaded Evernote and am excited to see how it can help me with organizing all my crafting supplies.

  50. I’m a 10 year hobby demo and would love to see how Evernote can help me get better organized. I still own all but one stamp set I’ve purchased since I started in 2007. I’d love to see what you’ve created. Thanks!

    • Cheryl, I think I already sent invitations for you, but just in case, I sent them again. It’s difficult for me to tell who is sharing now. In any case, you now have access.

  52. I am a new hobby demo with no clients (just me). Have been in a Stampin’ Up! card making club in our community for a couple of years & love their products. Would love to organize my inventory with Evernote. Haven’t used it much over the years because I started out with One Note & stayed with it pretty much. Switched from a PC to MAC when I retired a couple of years ago so the possibilities are wide open now. Grateful to receive your notebooks for 2016-2017. Thanks!

    • Val, your invitations are on the way. The notebook includes products in the 2017-2018 catalog and the Holiday 2017 catalog. When new catalogs (or even special products not in the catalog) when they are available for customers. When products retire, I move those notes to my Retired Products notebook. Enjoy!

  53. Hi Bev, great u-tube videos! I’d love to receive your SU notebooks(Current 2017-2018 and Holiday 2017) for Evernote. I’ve been a hobby/demo for almost 4 years now and need to inventory my collection. It is so time consuming going through all one has to find the perfect graphic or greeting. thank you in advance for all the effort and time you have put into this! I look forward to hearing from you.

  56. Bev, this is a wonderful video, and you’ve clearly gone to a LOT of work on this. As a fairly new demo (I signed up earlier this year), learning the ropes and getting organized is a challenge, but nice people like you are making it easier. I would love a copy of your Stampin’ Up! Evernote notebook! Thank you for all your work on this! Happy New Year!

    • I tried to send your invitation, but Evernote wasn’t able to send it. I tried taking out the apostrophe. Perhaps it will go through this time.
