Here’s a quick and easy card. I did you the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine for the Rich Razzleberry layer, but you could just leave it flat. I also used the Banners Pick-a-Punch to flag the greetings piece, but you could certainly just use scissors to cut that. (Handy tip when flagging layering pieces: Stack the layers and keep the end you want to flag even. Cut them both at the same time. Then when you slide the top layer over, the flagged ends will be exactly the same.)
