I understand Poppers, also known as Crackers, are a tradition in the UK, . They are slowly finding their way to the U.S. Traditionally they have a paper crown, a small gift, a joke, and perhaps a bit of candy. Sometimes they have a strip of cardboard inside, two pieces actually, connected with bit of gun powder. When you pull the ends of the box or tube, they pop. I didn’t put the strip in my Poppers, but I did put in a paper crown. For my teenage grandchildren, I also put some cash with the candy and crown for their Christmas present.I know this video is posting after Christmas and the paper is probably gone. The Perfectly Plaid Bundle special will be gone by the end of today. The stamp set, punch, and even the Star Designer Elements are carrying over and the inks and ribbon are from the annual catalog. So change out the paper and everything else will be available.Click the products you need. The links will take you to my online store at Stampin’ Up!
If you are using the popper strips, glue the strips to the end sections of the paper after you score, but before you glue the sides together.Snapping strips from Amazon
