It looks like you found the file… all you have to do from there is click the thumbnail image (the small version that you might not even be able to read) and it opens up to the full size page. Print the pages, cut up the months, and glue them together. I’ve used Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then dusted the dry, but sticky adhesive with the Embossing Buddy.
