Celebrate with Birthday Cake

Here is another card from my Beginner Stamper series. If you have been following along, purchasing the supplies in the Beginner Stamper Catalog, you should have most of these products. I’ve only added the Scalloped Note Cards & Envelopes that you’ll find on the last page. I’m also suggesting the Paper Trimmer and Whisper White card stock, and if you are enjoying making custom cards, you will certainly use those! But you could just use a ruler and scissors and sacrifice a note card to use the white back side.

The card on the right is just “stepped up” with a piece of Designer Series Paper. It is available in every Stampin’ Up! color.

The Scalloped Note Cards & Envelopes include Balmy Blue, “Light Pink”, Old Olive, and Terracotta Tile. I think the Light Pink is close enough to Blushing Bride to be a match. If you want to step up your cards, order the Subtles Designer Series Paper for the Balmy Blue and Light Pink cards, Regals for the Old Olive, and 19-21 In Color for the Terracotta Tile.

And note, I used the Flirty Flamingo ink pad that does not match any of the note card colors, but I think it looks just fine with all of them.
