Here’s a birthday card with lots of pop!

Yep some of the products are now gone. I’d hoped to get this posted before they retired. But just change out the Designer Series Paper and the ribbon and you can still make this card. Here’s one alternative, but you can pick any paper, ribbon, and ink.
