Evernote, a searchable supply inventory

Here’s some of the ways I use Evernote.  It really is like a searchable catalog.  Want an image of a duck?  Just search for duck (4,  not counting other sea birds)!  Looking for all the greetings you own to say “Thank you” (64)?  Want list of all the Designer Series Papers with Crushed Curry (6)?  And then do you want a list of all the products with Crushed Curry (29)?

If you would like to share my Evernote notebook of Current Products,
email me and I’ll send you the invitations.  Did I mention it’s all free?

  1. Bev – You are incredibly organized! I have often thought about using Evernote, but then got overwhelmed with the idea of all of the typing. I can’t believe you are willing to share all of your hard work….however, if you are, I would love to take a look at it. I will send an email to you. Thanks for being so generous!

    • Thank you Donna! I have sent you your invitations. I hope you are up and running. A few of us are hard at work updating the notes for the 15-16 catalog that goes live June 2nd.

    • Sure! You should be receiving invitations from Evernote to get the program and to share my notebook named “Current Products.” I think the Evernote link takes you to the online version first.

If you already have Evernote, you may just get the invitation as a Work Chat. Click on the green notebook and wait for it to synchronize.

Once you have accepted the invitation to share it may take a while to synchronize. I think it’s best to open the program/app on your computer, tablet, or phone rather than the online version. Look for the tag “Evernote Tips” for a bit more help. I’m just an email away if you need more help.

      Enjoy!

  3. Hi, Bev,
A great friend (and my SU demonstrator) told me about your Evernote program and how helpful it is! I would love to be able to use it – and hopefully, be more organized because of it!! Thanks –

  4. I have wanted to organize my stamps in Evernote, but it just seems a bit out of my comfort zone. I have been stamping (hobby only) for about 8 years. I have a lot of stamps, but have to go over them one by one to find what I need. This sounds just wonderful, I would appreciate an invitation.
    Thank you so much

    • I think you’ll love Evernote! Click here and you can read all about it. There’s a PayPal Button for you there. I’ll send your invitation when PayPal notifies me of your contribution.
