This video is a couple of years old now. I do still share my notebook and I keep it updated with current products. Obviously some of the products in the notebook in the video have changed. When products retire I move them to the Retired Products notebook.
I have been sharing my Current Products Evernote Notebook for free. I do my best to keep the notebook complete and accurate, including product numbers and prices for US, Canada (English and French), UK, France, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. I also try to add Dutch translations. You can search (in English) for an image, occasion/event, or a sentiment. You can keep Evernote synchronized on your phone and laptop, so you can look through the Stampin’ Up! catalog from anywhere any time.
But keeping the notebook up-to-date with every product from Stampin’ Up! takes a good bit of time. Starting June 1, 2018, I am filling a different notebook, 2018-2019 Current Products, and asking for a contribution to share it. You can get that notebook by visiting my website, https://bevadams.com/products-by-bev/ You can give $1, $5, or $10 with a drop-down menu. It’s all up to you.
When you contribute any amount, I will share my notebook with you for the rest of the Stampin’ Up! year (June 1, 2018-June 2, 2019). That gives you the notes for not only the new annual catalog, but also the Holiday and Occasions catalogs, the Sale-a-Bration brochures, and any other additional products that Stampin’ Up! may add. (It does not include Paper Pumpkin.) You will not be able to edit my notes, but I encourage you to copy my notes to your notebook. You will be able to edit and keep any notes you copy.
If you want to share my notebook, just email me and ask!
After reading about Evernote on the SC forum, I just downloaded the program and imported a “sampling” files…. I think I’m hooked!! LOL
I will be playing with this and come back here to see how to get the updated notebook I guess after June 2nd. Thank you so much for all you do Bev. I do use some, a lot actually, of your organizing tools. AWESOME!
Welcome! You should be receiving invitations from Evernote to get the program and to share my notebook named “Current Products.” I think the Thanks! I have sent you your invitations to Evernote. The Evernote link takes you to the online version first. Once you have accepted the invitation to share, I think you will find it helpful to open Evernote on your computer/phone and view from there. It may take a while to synchronize. Look for the tag “Evernote Tips” for a bit more help.
Enjoy!
I would love a copy of the evernote database for the 2015-2016 catalog. I am a hobby demo with a couple of customers. I have been using evernote to document my supplies for a little over a year and love that I can get it at home or work. Thank you for your hard work and sharing.

I would love to share your notebook. I struggle everytime a catalog comes out on what I have and don’t have and what’s retired.
Thanks!!
Robin

I would love your evernote list. I am a 15+ year SU hobby demo. I have quite a crazy amount of stamps. I have wanted to have a reference type organizational system for a very long time. I’m not very computer savvy but Evernote seems doable, but the amount of sets I have make it seem overwhelming. Thank you, for your help. Dina
Dina, your invitations have been sent. I’m sure Evernote will help you get organized.
I would like to receive the 2015-16 notebook. Thanks.

Happy 4th of July weekend !! My mouth is on the floor thinking about all the time and effort you have put into this and the excel spread sheet. I would LOVE to have your shared Evernote Notebook. I am a new to Stampin’ Up and have quite a large collection already and this is just the ticket to help me in my new business and fun!
Then you so very much!
Carla Vehrs

Please send me an invite, Bev! TIA!
Sent. Enjoy!
Wow. I have been looking for some kind of data base program to put all my products is to stop buying duplicate products. After watching both the excel and your evernote demo I am sold on evernote. While the excel spreadsheet has its bonus I love that I can capture pictures of the sets and other inventory. I would love to receive a shared copy of your Evernote Notebook.

Bev Adams
Hi Bev, any chance you are still offering your notebook and evernote offer?
It sounds like a wonderful way to stay organized!
thank you
Donna
Donna, your invitations are on the way. Thanks!
Bev, I was introduced to Evernote a couple of months ago. I am completely hooked. I would be very much interested in the retired list if you are willing to share it also. It would make it very easy to search the database instead of typing or pasting it on Google to see the stamp set when someone has it for sale. Thank you.
I do share my retired notebook, but I don’t really advertise it. I make no effort to make it a complete list. I just move products to that notebook when they retire. I have a few other notes there. I will add you to that shared notebook, but you may still need to go over to Google. Have you found http://www.splitcoaststampers.com? They have multiple galleries including one just for Stampin’ Up! products including retired products. You can only search it by name.
I would love one of your notebooks and ever notes And I like the cover of the cases with your supplies but didn’t know how to get them .Thanks Mae
Thanks Mae! I have sent you the invitations to Evernote and to join my Current Products notebook.
As to the case inserts, you will click on the underlined names of the ones you want. That will download the pdf file to your computer. Where they go depends on your settings. If you are on a Windows computer, look for “This PC” and then look for folder called “Downloads.” The files will probably download to there. Most computers come with Adobe Acrobat Reader and that program should open up when you open the file. It’s best to use the printer icon within Acrobat Reader to print. Be sure to select “Print Full Size” or they may print too small for your cases. Let me know if you need any help.
can u add pics of stamp sets later? I e. if I have the name but no pic in Evernote can I add a ic later on
Thanks for any replies!
You can make all the changes you want to your Evernote notes. If you are sharing my Current Products notebook, you will not be able to make any changes at all. But I believe once you copy that note to your own notebook you can then make any changes you want.
I would love to have your Evernote.
Let me know please.
Hugs from the Netherlands.
Iris
Your invitations have been sent. I am in the process of updating my notes including the German names.
I would love to have your retired Evernote file please. I am new to Evernote and I felt this would be a great way to get the feel. Thank you in advance.
Jan, you now have full access (edit and invite) to “our” Retired Products notebook.
I make no effort to make this notebook complete. I simply move products from my Current Products to the Retired Products when they retire.
Feel free to add notes for other retired Stampin’ Up!® products. Remember that this is a shared notebook. Please do not delete any notes as this would delete the note from everyone else’s notebook too. Please do not add products that are not from Stampin’ Up!®.
I hope this notebook is helpful!
Hi Bev,
I’ve been watching your Evernote videos for months now & I think I’m finally ready to give it another shot.
I had tried to use Evernote before & got very frustrated with it, but then I found your techy tips.
All of my other inventory methods have fallen short of my own expectations & been abandoned.
Would you please share your current & retired notebooks with me?
The resources that you develop & share are simply amazing!
I can see myself finally getting organized with your system! I really think this will work for me!
Thank you so very much for all the time & effort you put into all of your organizing & your willingness to share so openly!!
I have sent your invitations to Evernote You will only be able to view the Current Products which means you can search for products all you want. If you want to change those notes you will want to create a notebook for yourself then copy my notes into yours. You should be able to edit the notes in your own notebook all you want.
I also sent the invitation to the Retired products notebook. I make no effort at all to make that notebook complete or accurate. I give full access to that so you can add more retired Stampin’ Up! products or even edit those notes. But remember that it is a shared notebook. That means whatever changes you make show up in my Retired Products notebook as well. Please don’t delete any notes, as you will be deleting the notes for all who share that notebook.
If you have any troubles let me know. I’m just an email away… or even a phone call if you need it.
I would lovre to have the link to your evernote pages! TFS!

Regular evernote user here, would love to try your system.
Your invitation has been sent. Enjoy!
Hi Bev,
I’m just learning about Evernote, but it sounds like just what I need. Could you please send me an invitation to share your notebook? Hopefully I can contribute in the future.
Thanks!
Cynthia Collins
I think you will love Evernote, Cynthia. I sure do! You should be receiving invitations from Evernote to get the program and to share my notebook named “Current Products.” I think the Evernote link takes you to the online version first.

Wow! That was fast! I can’t wait to play around with this tonight, especially since I can use my iPad. You, my dear, are an angel.
Cynthia
Evernote syncs with your iPad, phone, and computer… all your devices. Let me know if you have any questions. I’m just a message away.
Hi Bev! Would you please send me the invitation to share your current product list. I’m a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and have been wanting to use Evernote for a while now to keep track of everything I have but I’m struggling with where to start! Everytime I sit down to try to start I get so overwhelmed I don’t actually get anything done! I’m hoping this will give me a starting point and I will be able to add to it in the future.
Thank you, Jennifer
Jennifer, your invitations have been sent. You shouldn’t have to struggle at all. I maintain a “Current Products” notebook. Next week I’ll be going to OnStage and getting my new 16-17 catalog. I’ll start working on the notes for the new products as soon as I get my catalog there. I can’t add images to the Evernote notes until the online store is live. I will also need to wait to get access to the catalogs for markets outside the US. So you might not see the new notes right away, but they will be added as soon as I can.
You won’t need to add any new note for new products. You can use my notes. But I don’t give access to change my notes. You will want to create a notebook for yourself and copy notes into it. Then you should be able to edit the copied notes all you want. Let me know if you have any questions.
May I please have a copy of your Evernote notebook. This is amazingly nice of you. THX!!!!!!!
The invitations have been sent. Enjoy!
May I please have a copy of your Evernote notebook?
Done. Thanks!
God bless your little heart. Your labels and such make life so much easier to keep track of supplies. For the color chart I think I’m going to also do a 2nd gen stamping and stamp on the card stock so I can see how those will look as well. I bought the heavy duty page protectors for scraps so I’ll use your labels on those as well as a punched cardstock tab. I really appreciate all the work you put into making things easier for the rest of us.
I’m happy to share. I “need” these tools and as long as I’m doing the work, I might as well make your life easier too.
Would love to get Evernote to keep track of my inventory I have brought two sets and not know it tell I really sorted my supplys
Your invitations are on the way. Thanks!
Bev: You are a true crafting angle. As our supplies grow, it has become a daunting task each catalog change to keep everything organized. I’ve added 5 shelving units in our very large attic after my husband finished off the floor and added lights, just to house my “retired” products. They are now all in clear tubs arrange pretty much by catalog year. With the help of your labels, I’ll be able to finish the organization and it will make selling them on-line a real possibility rather than a real pain.
I’ve been an Evernote user for a year or so and have always wished that my Stampin’ Up files included more than the .PDF of the catalog. This will finally make Evernote a wonderful organization tool for my stamping business. Bless you. Please invite me to your Evernote file.
Your invitations to the Current and Retired Products notebooks have been sent. Remember that you will only have access to view the Current Products notebook. You have FULL access to the Retired Products notebook. Please remember that it’s a shared notebook and what you do to the retired notes is done to everyone’s notebook. Please do not delete any notes.
Oh my goodness! Today is my birthday (well, I guess it’s already June 2nd as I look at the clock!), and I have just found the most wonderful birthday gift on your website. I had just recently heard about Evernote. I would be so very thrilled if you could invite me to the Current and Retired Products notebook. I have been overwhelmed with how to organize and I KNOW this will help me immensely. Thank you so very much you are a God-send!
Happy belated birthday Jennie! Your invitations have been sent.
I am interested in the Evernote software to help me organize and inventory my SU products. Would you be able to share your current and retired notebook with me? Also, I was wondering how you were able to get the images of the stamp sets into Evernote?
Valerie, your invitations are on the way. I have also invited you to join a Facebook group I’ve recently started as a place to share ideas and get help.
Hi Bev, Love your organization ideas and would like to get a copy of your Evernote notebook. I love organizing stuff so I can find it a lot easier.
Thanks
Charlene

Hi Bev,
I follow your blog and enjoy all the projects you make, but this project seems to be the most popular I have seen. I would love for an invite if it is still being offered. Just one thing I am not computer savvy and I am not sure how to receive it, but would do my very best to give it a go. 🙂 Thank you so much for generosity, and kindness. Oh I almost forgot, I am a hobby demo person/collector. lol I have a lot of stamp sets, framelits, and punches.
Thank you again for sharing your time and talent.
regards

Hi Donna! I have sent you invitations for the Evernote Current Products notebook. I can send you the link to the labels for the 2016 Holiday catalog when you email me your demo ID. Otherwise, I will make that page public on September 1st when the catalog is available to customers. I also sent my phone number if you need me to talk you through Evernote or even printing the labels and case insert.
Hi Bev, I sent you and email with my Demo ID# and received the code but it’s doesn’t work. I know that it’s case sensitive but it’s still not working…any suggestions or advice as to what I’m doing wrong.
Thanks so much,
Ellen Roy

Hi Bev, I found you on Pinterest. I would love to have a copy of your catalog, if you’re still sharing it.
Thank you, Terry Duncan
Terry, I’m sorry it took me so long to respond. Your invitations to my Evernote notebook have been sent. I hope you come back to visit my website again!
Hi Bev, you’re an organizing wonder. I can’t imagine how much time and energy you’ve put an into this project. I think it’s amazing. Can you send me your current and retired catalog? Thank you so much for sharing with everyone. Have the happiest of holidays and I hope all your holiday wishes come true.
Thank you! Your invitations have been sent, along with an invitation to join a Facebook group. I use that group to communicate with all the users.
Thanks Bev. Got both and joined the FB page. I had already downloaded Evernote in preparation of sharing your notebook because I was so exited about it. But now I can’t figure out how to get to your shared catalog. Is there a special link that I open? Sorry. I thought I was kind of tech savvy. But I guess not.
I’m glad my email gave you the help you needed to get in. For others, opening Evernote and going to WorkChat was the secret.
I would love to use your shared Evernote file for current products. I just downloaded Evernote after reading comments on the Demonstrator Party Planning Event page on Facebook. One thing led to the next and here I am. Thank you so much. I am hoping that your file will help me understand how to continue making my own notes and notebooks. Happy 2017!
Your invitations have been sent. Open Evernote and check the WorkChat.
Bev, for some reason i have not received any invitations to download your notes for evernote. would you please send me an invitation so i can catch up.
hope you are having a nice new year.
I think the last communication I sent to you was when I was trying to fix a problem. I used to be able to email everyone on the sharing list but that stopped working. Their tech suggested I unshare and reshare. I did my level best to send individual emails to each person. I just sent a new invitation. If you read the whole thread on the new invitation you’ll see I have tried to send invitations. If you have trouble this time, please let me know.
Hi Bev! Thanks for your organizational tips. Such a great work to gather all the information for Evernote! Could you please share the notebook with me? Thanks
Your invitations are on the way. Happy stamping!
Hi Bev! I stumbled across your site the other day and it has already given me so many great ideas for organizing all of my stuff. Could you please share the evernote notebook with me when you get a chance?
Thanks so much!
I’m glad you found your way here! I have sent your invitations to share my Evernote notebook. Let me know if you need any help!
Hi bev – beeing a Demo for one year now I already lost track of all my wonderful products. Is it true that you have that ever note List in German? I’d love to participate/Use that List. Can I do something for you beside saying thank you? Thanks in advance!
My Evernote notebook is really in English, but I do my best to copy and list when there are stamps with German translations, paste the German titles, and include Euro prices.
If I could include the German contents you could search for exactly what you want. If you wanted to type that up, I’d love to include that in my notes. That might be helpful for you. But perhaps it’s just as easy for you to search with English words.
Happy stamping!
Just started with Evernote. Would love your notebook. Enjoy your Evernote tips. Thanks
Your invitations are on the way. Thanks!

Hi Bev,
I “accidently” stumbled across your organization tools. They are awesome. I have already started using many of them. Your website is the best I have found for teaching organization. I would love to use your Evernote Notebook. I you don’t mind could you please send it to me? Keep up the great work!

Hi Bev,
I just came across your site on facebook when you included a link to your sponge dauber chart on Demonstrator Party Planning Place. I immediately subscribed to your blog as I am now hooked on ALL of your cards and ideas.
I am in the process of trying to inventory all of my stuff and I am overwhelmed. I have no idea why I didn’t start this years ago when I started buying. I am new to evernote, I just heard about it today, so if it is no problem, I would love to use your Evernote Workbook and any tips would also be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Thank you! I totally love Evernote! I do most of my planning by looking through my products in my Evernote notebook.

Enjoy!
Hi Bev, I am hobby demo and have a lot current and retired Stampin UP products. Could you please sent me a invite to for Evernote notebook so I can get organize. Thank You!!
Your invitations are on the way.
I am a Stampin’ Up demo, please send me an invitation to your Evernote notebook.
Thank you for all of your organizing tips.
Welcome Orliea! Your invitations have been sent.
Oh wow! If you still want to share I would appreciate. I am a bit nervous to use your list tough. Can I modify a copy? I just started yesterday using Evernote. I am in Quebec and buy my stamps in French, but really like to have the names in English. Will I be able to modify the list if I save it? I keep all retired and current stamp set. Thanks
Your invitations are on the way. I have the information for all the products for all the markets, so you will find French and English titles and the prices listed for Canada. I have someone working on the translations so you will be able to search for words and images in French easier.
I also include the details for the UK and South Pacific. My apologies to anyone from Japan. I just couldn’t figure out how to do that market.
I don’t give access to modify the notes in the shared notebook, but I do encourage you to copy the notes to a new notebook. You should be able to modify the notes there.
I also share a Retired Products notebook. I started it a few years ago by simply moving notes when products retired. It is nowhere near complete. But I do give full access so anyone can add to it. The more people who add their retired products, the more complete that notebook will become. Email me if you want to have access to that notebook as well.
OH my gosh! Bev you are amazing; I love organization and have been looking for ways to organize my products in an online form. I am so happy I have found you, I am going to download Evernote now and start printing my catalog tabs too. Please send me an invite to use your Evernote notebook, I can’t wait to get started. I am also going to make sure that my upline and the rest of our team knows about you and the great help you are in the ART of organization.
Keep Stampin Out with Stampin Up!!
LaWana
So glad you found me LaWana! Enjoy Evernote and all my tabs and labels.
Hi Bev,
I sent a request to your email address to receive a copy of your Evernote files but I see you are also using this way to request them. So in case you see 2 request from the same person, you’ll know why.
Thank you for all the work you do and your generosity to share this.
Chris Berg
Your invitations have been sent. Enjoy Evernote!
Hi Bev
I say it all the time Awesome!! You are so kind to share all your organization! I’m going to try Evernote I downloaded the program but was waiting for the new update when you get a chance for Evernote! 17-18
How sweet Laura! Your invitations have been sent. Enjoy Evernote!
Hi Bev,
Just inspired by your compact stamping space. I’ve recently reretired to a much smaller home and have way too much SU product and organization is must.
Would you share Evernote with me? My SU ID is 2066382.
Thanks for all your help,
Your invitations are on the way. And for others, you don’t need to be a demonstrator to share my Evernote notebook. You just need to be a demonstrator to have access to the notes for products before they are released to the public. So Phyllis, enjoy!
HI There- I am a demo (12 years). I am new to evernote and am trying to organize stamps from 1998- today. 🙂 I would be SO grateful if you would share your notebooks with me. 🙂 Thank you so much!!
Danelle

Hello Bev,
I am so excited to come across you via YouTube. I crave organization but fail at execution. Finding systems that work for me makes me so happy. I would love being able to share your Notebooks with me? I just downloaded Evernote and am excited to see how it can help me with organizing all my crafting supplies.
Your invitations are on the way. Enjoy!
I’m a 10 year hobby demo and would love to see how Evernote can help me get better organized. I still own all but one stamp set I’ve purchased since I started in 2007. I’d love to see what you’ve created. Thanks!
Cheryl, I think I already sent invitations for you, but just in case, I sent them again. It’s difficult for me to tell who is sharing now. In any case, you now have access.
Hello!
I just stumbled across your site and must say Bravo! super ideas-I would love the evernote info and the retired one too if you would be so kind. Have a great day and organize on!
Thank you! Your invitations have been sent.
I am a new hobby demo with no clients (just me). Have been in a Stampin’ Up! card making club in our community for a couple of years & love their products. Would love to organize my inventory with Evernote. Haven’t used it much over the years because I started out with One Note & stayed with it pretty much. Switched from a PC to MAC when I retired a couple of years ago so the possibilities are wide open now. Grateful to receive your notebooks for 2016-2017. Thanks!
Your invitations are on the way.

Val, your invitations are on the way. The notebook includes products in the 2017-2018 catalog and the Holiday 2017 catalog. When new catalogs (or even special products not in the catalog) when they are available for customers. When products retire, I move those notes to my Retired Products notebook. Enjoy!
Hi Bev, great u-tube videos! I’d love to receive your SU notebooks(Current 2017-2018 and Holiday 2017) for Evernote. I’ve been a hobby/demo for almost 4 years now and need to inventory my collection. It is so time consuming going through all one has to find the perfect graphic or greeting. thank you in advance for all the effort and time you have put into this! I look forward to hearing from you.

I would love a copy of the evernote database for the 2017-2018 catalog. I am a hobby demo. I have downloaded evernote to document my supplies but became overwhelmed on how to organize it. SU & work. Bev, this is a wonderful video, and you’ve clearly gone to a LOT of work on this. As a fairly new demo (I signed up earlier this year), learning the ropes and getting organized is a challenge, but nice people like you are making it easier. I would love a copy of your Stampin’ Up! Evernote notebook! Thank you for all your work on this! Happy New Year!
