Here are the things that will keep your supplies organized in your crafting space.
16-17 Catalog Tabs The tabs are color coded to match the table of contents on page 1. Laminate with packing tape, then cut out with your paper trimmer or punch out with the Decorative Label punch.
16-17 Colors Chart with RGB Hex and AutoCorrect You’ve got to set up the Stampin’ Up! colors and frequently used products with AutoCorrect! It will save you tons of time! And you can use your computer and coordinate with the Stampin’ Up! colors with the RGB codes! Color match depends on your printer. Here’s how to set it up on Office Products.
16-17 Supply Labels (Avery 5167) These labels go on most of my Stampin’ Up! products. I can’t tell you how many times I can’t find an item in the catalog or perhaps I can’t remember the name of an embossing folder or whatever. It’s all there on the sticker!
16-17 Stamp Case Slips How do you like to organize your stamp sets? I arrange the alphabetically, but a lot of people organize them by theme. Print these pages on plain copy paper, cut them up into strips on the lines, and slip them into the stamp set cases. The color coding matches the colors in the catalog and the catalog tab. The slips also give you the item number for wood-mount, clear-mount, or photopolymer versions (English). On the back the stamp sets you’ll see the recommended blocks and coordinating products.
16-17 Large Labels These are the labels I use on 12″ x 12″ pockets. I used to print them on labels, but I’ve found the labels didn’t want to go through my printer. I just print them on plain copy paper and adhere them to with Fast Fuse. That works great!
16-17 DSP Labels Someone asked me to create these labels with just the names and colors, so I continue to update them with the new Designer Series Papers.
16-17 DSP Sampler Yep. The displayed image is from several years ago, but the download is for this year’s DSP. These pages can be printed on Whisper White card stock and put on a ring or chain. Add 2″ x 3″ samples of the Designer Series Papers. I keep mine hanging near my crafting desk.
16-17 Clear Labels for card stock and ink refills
Use any punch or die to cut out the card stock to make your own paper sampler.
Use the refill labels to make these boxes and store them in wood-mount cases.

- 16-17 Neutrals Ink Refills
- 16-17 Regals Ink Refills
- 16-17 Subtles Ink Refills
- 16-17 In Color Ink Refills
16-17 Color Chart with all Core and In Colors Add a 1/2″ punch of card stock, stamp with a small solid image, then color and write with the Stampin’ Write Markers. The chart will compare the colors and show the ones you own.
This color chart has one page for each color family. It lists all the products that come in the complete family and then each color lists the papers, inks, and embellishments that include the color.
Inserts to go into Clear Cases
Some people like to keep all the Thinlits, Textured Impressions Embossing Folders, and thin embellishments in Standard Stamp Cases. (I haven’t checked that all these Framelits will fit in the case.) Links in green are for wide (wood-mount) case inserts.

Your organization skills are amazing! Thank you so much for sharing! I love having my catalog bound and then using your tabs.
You’re welcome Carol! I didn’t mention that you can cut out the tabs with a cutter or you could punch them with the Decorative Label punch.
Bev,
I just found you……you are AWSOME! My computer skills are very limited and you just opened a whole new world with evernote and your you tube videos. Thank you!
I’m glad you found me! Subscribe here and YouTube and you won’t miss my new posts.
How do you store your embossing folders? One per case seems like too much wasted space.
To be honest, the only embossing folders I keep in a stamp case are the Floral Affection folders. I put my supply labels on the rest and keep them in one of those photo boxes. I keep my Thinlits and Framelits in the same box in their original envelopes. I put them on magnetic sheets to keep them organized and put a label on outside of the envelope.
I do store other supplies like the Delicate White Doilies, Enamel Shapes, Basic Pearls, and other embellishments in cases. I especially love storing my ink refills in the wood-mount cases with each bottle in a little box on the Window Sheet shelf.
If I had a lovely and spacious craft studio I would keep everything in cases with all the matching inserts. And I know some people do store their folders and dies that way. I have people asking for them as soon as demonstrators start receiving their pre-orders. I offer both the inserts and the labels so that you can choose which way you like to store them.
