I’ve made custom inserts for many of my supplies. These fit into the clear cases. Empty Clear Cases come in packs of 4 for only $6.00, item #119105. Be sure to download and then select “Print full size.“

If you have trouble downloading the pdf files you can try the work-around here.

Some of these products do not fit in the cases, but you may want to add the inserts to whatever storage system you use.

Case inserts for standard stamp cases are shown in blue, wide (wood-mount) cases are green and 6″ x 6″ are in red. You can order standard cases from Stampin’ Up! here. You can put the 6″ x 6″ inserts in my heavy duty recloseable bags or in boxes from ClearBags.

Stampin’ Up! no longer sells the wide cases that are so handy to store some products. Donata Pfisterer sent me this link for similar wide cases, but they don’t seem to be available at this time either. I’ll be happy to share any other source you may know. Someone sent me this link. The measurements look a bit larger than the ones Stampin’ Up! used to sell. Please email me if you know of any others!

Case Inserts for Retired Products

I do not create new case inserts for retired products. I have been saving them them as products retire. My collection of case inserts has grown as I save them each year. This page was getting cluttered and long.

When I move the links around, sometimes the color coding for 6″ x 6″ case inserts and wide case inserts does not move with the link. Please email me so I can correct it here.

To clean up this page, I have sorted them into separate pages for each initial letter. Click the initial for the case inserts you are looking for.

  Thank you, Gail, for your encouragement! I attended the Catalog Kick-Off event. We had to drive about 2 1/2 hours for the 73 mile trip, through traffic and rain. I live in California where we are “Weather Wimps.” Never-the-less, I was shocked to hear we were one of the places that the supplies were delayed due to weather! I’m waiting for my catalog too. I’d like to check with the hard copy before publishing the labels. It’s so easy to miss something when working with the online version. So keep watching here. I’ll post the labels as soon as I can.

  I only prepare case inserts for current products. It’s easy for me to do them when I have the information on my Current Products spreadsheet and also when I can copy the image from the Stampin’ Up! online store. But I do have blank case inserts in all 3 sizes. You can print those up and write in the information you want. Hope that helps.

I’m not sure which Window Framelits you are looking for, but I only add current products. You can always use the blank insert and create your own insert. Let me know if there are any other inserts for current products.

Dear Bev, thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to create all of these templates. I absolutely love them and am working my way through them methodically. My craft room has never been so organised (well, the part that has already been transferred into clear storage cases with your inserts!).

  Welcome Donna! I’m glad you found me. The truth is I don’t store my retired re-inkers or markers. I basically keep only current products. I have a handful of products I won’t get rid of. I keep my Crop-a-dile, and I’ll probably keep my Stack and Store Caddy. I really want to sell products and if I send a card to a friend, I’m hoping that friend will be interested in how I made that card. If they want to make a card too, I want to be able to offer them the products on that card. I can’t do that if they products are retired.
  But I realize not everyone follows my personal rule, so I leave the labels for retired products on the site. There’s no reason to take them down and someone may want them.

      You’ll want to look for the case insert for the “Stitched Seasons Framelits”. It was in alphabetical order with the 18-19 products, but I just moved it in with the retired products list. The Blended Seasons stamp set comes with a case insert.

  I’m glad you are enjoying my resources! Have you looked at my Evernote notebook of Current Products? It’s basically a digital notebook that you can search through digitally. It solves the issue of how to sort the pages in a binder. It’s like I provide the pages for you and then you can look at all your stamps or all your dies. Or you can look for all the stamps that have a bird and also would be great for Mother’s Day. More organization means more time for stamping! 🙂

  I put one of my small labels on them so they have the item name. Personally, I have bought clear boxes from ClearBags.com The boxes are not very sturdy, but I can print a case insert on card stock. That allows me to see the names of the folders on the side of the boxes. You could do the same with my small heavy duty bags that I sell

  I’m a bit confused. I have inserts for dies, embossing folders, embellishments, DSP, plus a few other products that fit in the stamp cases. I don’t generally make case inserts for the stamp sets. I do have “stamp case slips” for stamp sets to show coordinating products, suggested blocks, etc. You’ll find that here. If there’s something else you wanted, please explain a bit more. Thanks!

I am looking at the 22-23 annual catalog and the July-dec and I only see dies, embossing folders and misc items. Am I missing the stamp sets?

  I don’t make case inserts for our regular stamp sets, as they come in cases with inserts already. I do have what I call “Stamp Case Slips.” These are about 1/2″ x 7″ and have catalog page numbers, products that coordinate, suggested blocks, and names with numbers for French, German, and/or Dutch translations. You can find them here:
  You will find case inserts for the Kits Collections. I believe the Paper Pumpkin website has inserts for those sets. If you have a specific need, please email me.

  Artisan Additions has retired. You will find the case insert with the list of retired products. That list has grown and I’ve recently divided the links for the inserts by alphabet. Look at the bottom of the Case inserts page for the letters. Click the A and that will take you to all the case inserts for products that start with A.
