Case inserts for standard stamp cases are shown in blue, wide (wood-mount) cases are green and 6″ x 6″ are in red. You can order standard cases from Stampin’ Up! here, and the full size wide cases here. You can put the 6″ x 6″ inserts in my heavy duty recloseable bags or in boxes from ClearBags.

Does SU have Stampin Spots available or do I need to use the blank ones and refills? Thank you for all your work. Some great resources!
There are no pre-inked Stampin’ Spots for sale by themselves right now. If you are a Paper Pumpkin subscriber, you get Stampin’ Spots in the kit each month and there are Stampin’ Spots in some of the kits in the new annual catalog. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them show up in the Holiday or Occasions catalogs. They are very popular for using with the Stamparatus.
